BespokeForever
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 May 2026
BespokeForever (“we”, “us”, “our”) creates bespoke and made-to-order fine jewellery. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information with the same care we bring to our craft. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to our website at bespokeforever.com (the “Site”), and to the enquiries, quotes, appointments, commissions, orders and other interactions you have with us.
1. Who we are
BespokeForever is the data controller responsible for your personal data — meaning we decide how and why it is processed.
- Registered company: BESPOKE FOREVER LTD — registered in England & Wales, company no. 17276805
- Registered office: 5 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8AA, United Kingdom
- Trading name: BespokeForever, the bespoke design studio of London Gold Centre
- Studio address: 5 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8AA, United Kingdom

If you have any questions about this policy or about how we handle your data, please contact us using the details above.
2. The information we collect
Because much of what we do is bespoke and made to order, the information we hold depends on how you interact with us. We may collect:
2.1 Identity and contact information
- Your name and title;
- Email address, telephone number and (where you contact us that way) messaging details such as a WhatsApp number;
- Billing, delivery and postal address;
- Account login details if you create an account (your password is stored in encrypted form).
2.2 Enquiry, quote and customisation information
When you make a product enquiry, request a quote, or ask us to customise or design a bespoke piece, we collect the details you provide so we can prepare a proposal and CAD design for you. This may include:
- Your design preferences, requirements and budget;
- Descriptions, notes and any reference images or photographs you choose to share;
- Details relevant to the piece, such as ring size, metal, stone and finish preferences;
- The design previews, CAD renders and customised product images we generate in response to your request.
2.3 Appointment and booking information
If you book an appointment or consultation with us, we collect your contact details, your preferred date and time, and any notes about the purpose of your visit.
2.4 Order, transaction and account information
- The products you order or commission, order value and order history;
- Delivery details and any delivery instructions;
- Payment confirmation details. We do not store your full card details. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (see Section 6);
- For higher-value purchases, we may be required to carry out identity or anti-money-laundering checks, in which case we will collect the relevant verification information.
2.5 Communications and preferences
- The content of messages you send us through contact forms, email, telephone, messaging apps or social media;
- Your marketing preferences and consent status;
- Feedback, reviews or correspondence you choose to share with us.
2.6 Technical and usage information
When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at and move through the Site. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
3. How we collect your information
- Directly from you — when you browse and submit forms, request a quote or customisation, book an appointment, place an order, create an account, or contact us;
- Automatically — through cookies, analytics and server logs when you use the Site;
- From third parties — for example our payment provider (confirming a payment), delivery partners (confirming a delivery), or social media platforms when you interact with our content.
4. How we use your information, and our lawful bases
Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. We rely on the following:
4.1 To perform a contract with you
- Preparing quotes and bespoke designs in response to your enquiry or customisation request;
- Managing appointments and consultations;
- Processing and fulfilling your orders and commissions, taking payment, and arranging delivery (including worldwide delivery and any related customs requirements);
- Providing customer support and handling returns, repairs and after-care.
4.2 For our legitimate interests
Where it is reasonable to do so and your rights do not override those interests:
- Operating, maintaining, securing and improving the Site and our service;
- Preventing and detecting fraud and protecting our business and customers;
- Understanding how our Site and products are used so we can improve them;
- Keeping records of enquiries and commissions, and managing our business and supplier relationships;
- Sending marketing about similar products and services to existing customers, where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
4.3 With your consent
- Sending marketing communications where consent is required;
- Setting non-essential cookies and similar technologies;
- Any use of special or optional information you actively choose to provide.
You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
4.4 To comply with a legal obligation
- Keeping accounting, tax and transaction records;
- Meeting anti-money-laundering, consumer protection and other legal or regulatory requirements;
- Responding to lawful requests from authorities.
5. Marketing communications
We will only send you marketing where we are permitted to do so. Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us. Opting out of marketing will not stop service messages that we need to send you about an enquiry, appointment or order.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with trusted recipients who are required to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify. These may include:
- Payment providers — to take and secure payments (for example, our card payment processor);
- Delivery, logistics and insurance partners — to dispatch, insure and deliver your order, including, for international orders, sharing the information required by couriers and customs authorities;
- Trusted suppliers, workshops and craftspeople — who help us manufacture or finish a bespoke piece, sharing only the details needed (such as specifications and sizing);
- Technology and service providers — including our website hosting, email, security, analytics and business software providers, who process data on our behalf under written agreements;
- Professional advisers — such as accountants, insurers and legal advisers, where needed;
- Authorities and regulators — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
We also use third-party tools to help us create product imagery, design previews and marketing content. We limit the personal information shared with such tools and do not use them to make decisions about you.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers, and the delivery of international orders, may involve transferring personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where we do this, we take steps to ensure your data receives an appropriate level of protection — for example by relying on UK “adequacy” regulations or by putting in place approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to make it work, to keep it secure, to remember your preferences and your basket, and (with your consent) to understand how it is used and to support marketing. Essential cookies are necessary for the Site to function; non-essential cookies are used only where you allow them. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie controls on the Site.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. In practice:
- Order, transaction and financial records are kept for the period required by law (generally at least six years);
- Enquiry, quote and appointment records are kept for a reasonable period to support your request and any follow-up;
- Marketing data is kept until you opt out or ask us to remove it.
When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it.
10. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including secure (encrypted) connections, restricted access, secure payment processing and regular security maintenance. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and to respond appropriately to any data security incident.
11. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Be informed about how we use your data;
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- Ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
- Restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances;
- Request portability of data you have provided to us;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond within the time limits set by law. There is usually no charge, although we may decline or charge for requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive.
12. Children
Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will let you know.
14. How to contact us, and your right to complain
If you have any questions, requests or concerns about this policy or how we handle your data, please contact us using the details in Section 1.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), although we would welcome the chance to address your concerns first.

15. Cookies and local storage
This site uses essential cookies that are always on, plus analytics and advertising cookies that load only with your consent. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline the non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.
15.1 Essential cookies (no consent required)
These are needed for the site to function and are set automatically as you use it:
- WordPress session cookies — used only if you sign in to a customer account (none are set for guest browsing).
- WooCommerce cart cookies (
woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart,wp_woocommerce_session_*) — keep your shopping cart working between pages and during checkout. - Form security token — a short-lived security token used while you complete a contact, quote or appointment form to guard against spam. Our forms do not set any tracking cookie.
15.2 Browser local storage (no cookies set)
For features that should remember a preference on your own device — without sending anything to our servers — we use your browser’s local storage:
- Saved pieces — the list of designs you have added to your saved pieces page.
- Cookie consent choice — your accept/decline decision so we do not show the cookie banner again.
- Homepage rotation memory — which homepage feature images you have recently seen, so the site can show you something different on your next visit.
All of these are stored locally in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for bespokeforever.com.
15.3 Analytics and advertising cookies (consent required)
Only if you accept via the cookie banner, we use the following to understand what resonates with visitors and to measure our advertising. None are set unless you accept, and Google’s tools run in a privacy-preserving consent mode until you do:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated, privacy-respecting measurement of how the site is used.
- Google Ads — measuring the results of, and tailoring, our advertising.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — measuring the results of our social advertising. This is not loaded at all until you accept.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer; declining keeps only the essential cookies above.
15.4 Third-party services
When you pay for an order, the card form on our checkout page is provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe sets its own cookies inside that form to detect fraud and protect your card details. See Stripe’s privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy for details. We never see or store your full card number.
If you click through to one of our social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), those platforms may set their own cookies on their websites. We have no control over those and they are governed by each platform’s own privacy policy.
15.5 Managing your cookie preferences
You can review or change your cookie choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — please note that disabling essential cookies may break parts of the cart and checkout.
