About this piece
The Liora Veil pendant is designed as a quietly expressive gift piece, refined in scale yet personal in its detailing. At its centre sits a 1.75ct pear-shaped champagne lab-grown diamond, chosen as the focal point and framed by a sculptural sweep of polished platinum that appears to fold gently around the stone.
Yellow gold detailing brings a subtle warmth to the cool platinum structure, adding definition without heaviness. Small sapphire accents remain deliberately secondary, while a concealed channel of vivid teal baguette sapphires is set into the reverse side of the frame. Invisible from the front, this hidden detail gives the pendant an intimate sense of discovery.

Unlike other precious metals, it does not tarnish or discolour with time, maintaining its cool, luminous sheen. Its remarkable durability—resistant to wear and corrosion—makes it an ideal choice for daily wear, though its softness relative to hardness means it develops a gentle patina over years of use, a characteristic many cherish as a sign of authenticity and lived-in elegance. Lab-grown diamonds, chemically and optically identical to mined diamonds, offer exceptional brilliance and hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), ensuring they resist scratching and retain their fire for generations.
