About this piece
A studio-approved design with a strong personal character, Lime Rift is made to order as a pair of substantial men’s cufflinks in hammered platinum with defined yellow gold inlay. The face of each cufflink is conceived as a modern organic shield: not perfectly symmetrical, but balanced, angular and controlled, with enough metal presence to feel assured on a cuff. At the centre sits a 0.60ct each trillion fancy vivid lime green lab-grown diamond, chosen as the focal point for its electric colour and crisp triangular geometry. Baguette-cut black natural spinel forms a geometric border around the yellow gold detail, adding a dark, precise edge without relying on black rhodium or coated finishes. Small sapphire accents, estimated at 0.03ct each, are kept deliberately secondary, adding a measured note of depth rather than decorative noise. The shown configuration pairs the tactility of hammered platinum with the warmth of yellow gold and the sharp contrast of black spinel.
