About this piece
Forge Shield is a made-to-order men’s signet ring built around mass, geometry and restraint. The 6.8mm brushed platinum body carries a stepped shield-like head, giving the ring a broad, masculine stance without relying on excess ornament.
At the centre, a 2.36ct emerald-cut fancy vivid burnt-orange lab-grown diamond is set horizontally into a full yellow-gold bezel. The bezel is chamfered and recessed within a platinum frame, so the warmth of the gold reads as a controlled architectural line rather than surface decoration. Beneath the centre setting, the under-gallery tapers away into negative space windows, reducing visual weight while keeping the construction strong and purposeful.
A single inverted 0.12ct deep crimson baguette ruby is hidden under the centre bridge, visible only from the side or in moments of movement. It is a quiet, personal detail: not an accent display, but a discreet signature for the wearer.
