A note on local taxes

About this piece
Obsidian Bastion is a Studio Product designed as a substantial men’s pendant necklace with the presence of a modern talisman. The 32mm shield-form body is built in stepped 18ct yellow gold, giving the pendant a fortified, architectural silhouette rather than a soft decorative outline.
At the centre, a 2.18ct emerald-cut fancy vivid deep amber cognac lab-grown diamond is held in a clean bezel setting. Its warm, molten colour is framed by flush-set geometric onyx panels, each intended to sit low and exact within the gold, creating a sharp contrast between fire, metal and dark stone.
The bail is deliberately weighty: a rectangular platinum loop with a brushed upper surface and polished underside, made to feel integral to the design rather than added as an afterthought. The shown configuration is worn on a 5mm 18ct yellow gold heavy curb chain, chosen for visible mass and masculine proportion.
This is a made-to-order studio-approved design. Our studio reviews the details before production, including chain length, stone particulars, inlay layout and final metal weights, so the finished piece can be refined around the wearer while preserving the shield-like character of the original concept.
