Bespoke Process & Returns

Every BespokeForever piece is designed and hand-made to order in our Hatton Garden workshop. Here is exactly how it works, and what it means for changes and returns.

How your piece is made

1. Design & CAD. We create your design and share a CAD — a detailed 3D render of your piece. We refine it as many times as needed; we do not move on until you are completely happy.
2. You choose your stones. You pre-select and approve the exact stones for your piece before any manufacturing begins.
3. Manufacturing begins on your approval. Production only starts once you have confirmed both the CAD and your chosen stones. Because each piece is then hand-made specifically for you, manufacturing begins at that point.

Changes & returns

Up until you approve the CAD and your stones, we will happily modify the design until you are satisfied — this is the heart of how we work. Once you have approved the CAD and stones and manufacturing has begun, the piece is bespoke and made specifically to your specification.

This does not affect your statutory rights: if a piece arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will put it right.
